The "Raise the Roof" campaign continues through 2011. The campaign allows us to continue to offer low-cost spay/neuter services, ultimately achieving our goal of a community without homeless pets by increasing the number of spay/neuter surgeries we do each year from 8,700 to 14,000!

Through Humane Ohio's work with other organizations in the community, one thing has become clear: spay/neuter is key to eliminating pet overpopulation. If more pets are fixed, there will be fewer litters. If there are fewer litters, there will be fewer animals for shelters and rescue groups to take in, thereby reducing stress and financial burden on these organizations.
Humane Ohio is proud that we can help so many people and animals through spay/neuter, and we're excited about our future -
