Community Cat Appointment Request - Humane Ohio Spay/Neuter Clinic

As of January 1, 2021, ALL animals coming in for spay/neuter surgery must have an appointment. We will no longer be able to accept Walk-In community cats. We understand this is a change in procedure to what our trappers are used to, but we must do this in order to provide the very best care to the animals. Complete the form below to request appointments to bring in outdoor community cats and you will be contacted with available dates. Please DO NOT bring cats to the clinic without an appointment - we will have to send you away and we don't want to do that to you or the cats! Thank you for your cooperation!

Currently we are scheduling up to 3 community cats per colony per day. Cats must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh a minimum of 2 pounds to have surgery. Please enter in how many spots you need for this appointment.*
