Fostering

Thank you for your interest in helping homeless kitties! We can only help as many cats and kittens as we have foster homes for, so our fosters are literally life-savers! Humane Ohio provides all medical care and supplies as we have them available (litter, food, dishes, kitten playpens, heating pads, kitten scales, etc.), and you provide the TLC, love and supervision.

We need fosters for everything from a single, orphaned kitten, to a mom raising a litter of kittens, to a cat recovering from major medical concerns or a major surgery. Fosters may stay with you anywhere from a few days to several months depending on the situation. If you have space in your heart and a space in your home where fosters can stay separate from your pets, please consider becoming a foster!
