TNR Appointment Request Form

Thank you for your interest in requesting a TNR appointment!

NO COMMUNITY CAT SPAY/NEUTER WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

Community cats are any cats that are allowed to go outside of a family home; any cats that live in a heated barn/shed/garage are still considered outdoor by Humane Ohio standards. No exceptions.

Please stay tuned in February for details about how to schedule next year.

We are limited in what we are able to provide at Humane Ohio, and we know that we are one of only a few options for TNR. We invite you to reach out to other facilities to see if they have any openings: the PAWS Clinic, All About Animals, Humane Society of Huron Valley, the Hope Clinic, of Humane Fort Wayne. View additional spay/neuter resources in the surrounding Toledo area here (subject to change).

We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Humane Ohio Community Cat Scheduling Guide:
        • Community cat appointments are scheduled only one month in advance with scheduling available the last Tuesday of each month for the following month. Spots are booked on a first come first serve basis, with ~500 appointments available each month.
        • We receive such a high volume of requests that we are unfortunately not able to accommodate everyone. If you do not receive a response from us after you have submitted a request, we were not able to get you scheduled. We ask that you resubmit a new request for the following month when the schedule opens up.
        • DO NOT TRAP ANY CATS UNTIL YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. Walk-ins will NOT be accepted!
        • There is a limit of 3 cats per person.
        • Live traps are encouraged, but hard plastic carriers will be accepted. Please not do not use soft sided carriers or cardboard carriers.
