In order to preserve vital medical supplies as requested by the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board and the Governor of Ohio, and to comply with social distancing recommendations of not gathering in groups of ten or more, Humane Ohio will be closing our clinic at the end of business on Thursday, March 19, 2020, for an indefinite period of time. Toledo’s two pet food banks are merging together in order to better serve the community. TOLEDO, Ohio, October 12, 2018 – Coming this November, Humane Ohio and Toledo’s PET Bull Project will be partnering together to create Toledo’s biggest Pet Food Bank yet! The two organizations have previously been conducting separate pet food banks just a mile and a half apart. This merger will allow both organizations to combine resources, and offer extended food bank hours in one centralized location to the community.
